RnB Brunch
How We Helped RnB Brunch Sell More Tickets Across 8 UK Cities
The client
RnB Brunch is one of the UK’s best-known daytime party brands, blending old-school R&B, live entertainment, brunch culture and big crowd energy into touring events across the country.
Alongside the main RnB Brunch brand, the team also runs sister concepts including RnB Bingo and Dancehall Brunch, building a strong portfolio of touring event brands with loyal audiences nationwide.
When we started working together, the brand already had strong awareness and a proven concept. The challenge wasn’t creating demand from scratch, it was improving consistency, reducing acquisition costs, and helping certain cities regain momentum after ticket sales had started to plateau.

The task
The task
The team approached Driven by Digital looking for support with both the technical and strategic side of their event marketing.
A few of the key issues included:
• Some of their biggest cities starting to stagnate in sales
• Struggles launching successfully into newer locations
• Inconsistent campaign structures across different events and brands
• Poor attribution and tracking visibility from ticketing platforms
• No clear repeatable system for scaling touring events efficiently
The goal was to create a more reliable, scalable and profitable paid ads system that could work across multiple cities and multiple event brands.
The Strategy
Rebuilding The Paid Ads Structure
We started by restructuring the Meta ad campaigns around how touring event brands actually behave.
Instead of treating every launch as a completely separate campaign, we helped build a more consolidated structure that allowed campaigns to learn faster, improve audience quality over time, and scale more efficiently across locations.
This included:
• Reworking campaign setup and audience structure
• Improving ticket platform attribution and tracking
• Refining landing page flow and customer journey
• Building clearer retargeting systems across events
Sign-Up Campaigns & Launch Momentum
For new locations and newer concepts, we implemented sign-up campaigns ahead of ticket launches to build audience data and create momentum before going on sale.
This allowed the team to:
• Generate hype earlier
• Capture warm audiences before launch
• Improve early ticket velocity
• Reduce reliance on last-minute sales pushes
Creative Refresh & Touring Strategy
One of the biggest opportunities was refreshing the creative strategy across campaigns.
We introduced a more structured creative plan focused around:
• Nostalgia-led creatives
• Live crowd footage and UGC
• Touring-specific ad structures
• Regionalised messaging
• Stronger use of live clips and atmosphere content
This helped campaigns feel more current, more engaging, and gave Meta significantly more creative variation to work with, which has become increasingly important post-Andromeda update.

The result
Over the course of the partnership, we helped RnB Brunch and its sister brands build a more scalable and predictable event marketing system.
Results included:
✅ 4.23x average Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
✅ 22% reduction in tracked Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
✅ Campaign support across 8 UK cities
✅ Improved profitability in previously struggling locations
✅ More consistent ticket sales and stronger launch momentum
✅ A repeatable touring campaign structure that could be rolled out across multiple brands and cities
More importantly, the team moved away from constantly reacting to ticket sales week-by-week and towards a clearer long-term marketing system built around launch pacing, audience building, strong creative and efficient ad spend.
