The client
K-Pop Live is a high-energy touring event concept inspired by the global explosion of Korean pop culture, combining immersive live performances, dancers, visuals and fan-focused experiences into large-scale daytime events across the UK.
Built around the huge popularity of K-Pop artists such as BTS, Blackpink and Twice, the concept quickly gained traction with younger audiences and families looking for immersive entertainment experiences outside of traditional nightlife events.

The task
K-Pop Live launched as a completely new event concept in an extremely fast-moving and niche market.
The challenge was to capitalise on the growing popularity of K-Pop culture quickly, while building a scalable touring framework that could be rolled out nationally before the trend cooled or competitors entered the space.
The team needed support with:
• Launching a brand-new touring concept nationally at speed
• Building awareness quickly across multiple cities
• Reaching highly engaged niche audiences effectively through Meta
• Creating campaigns that appealed both to younger fans and parents

The first Nottingham event sold out in just 3 hours, providing both momentum and audience data that could then be leveraged into future launches across the UK.
Campaign learnings, audience signals and creative insights were then rolled into future cities, allowing the concept to expand rapidly while maintaining profitability and strong conversion performance.
